Installation
No electrical wiring is needed. Mount the magnetic base with the screws provided, or use the included adhesive pad, then attach the light - it lifts off easily for recharging. A great option for rental properties or walls where you'd rather avoid an electrician.
Care & Warranty
Dust with a dry microfibre cloth. Charge using a standard 5V USB adapter and don't exceed a 2A input. Don't attempt to open or remove the built-in battery. Avoid solvents or abrasive products, which can damage the finish. Covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.
FAQ
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
In normal use (around 3-4 hours a day at 50% brightness) the 4000mAh battery lasts roughly 7-10 days between charges. In motion-sensor-only mode, expect 2-3 weeks depending on foot traffic.
How does the motion sensor work?
The PIR sensor detects body heat up to about 3m away, in a 120-degree arc. The light switches on automatically and turns off after 30 seconds of no movement. You can toggle sensor mode on or off from the remote.
Can it be installed in a bathroom?
This light is rated IP20, for dry rooms only (bedroom, living room, hallway, entry, staircase). A bathroom needs at least IP44 near the basin and IP65 in the shower zone, so we don't recommend it for wet areas.
How do I charge the battery?
There's a USB-C port on the side of the light. Plug the included cable into any 5V charger - a phone charger, a computer's USB port, or a power bank. A full charge takes around 4-5 hours.
Will it work on Australian power?
Yes. This light is rated for 220-240V, which covers Australia's standard 230V, 50Hz mains supply.
